Community Navigation Support

Are you looking for short –term support in navigating community resources? Do feel that you can use assistance when in crisis?  Are you looking to improve your quality of life?

Through our community navigation program, we are able to provide you support in finding the appropriate care you seek for your life. We will go through a quality of life assessment with you and help navigate the system of supports that exist in Windsor-Essex. You will get to work with dedicated students and volunteers that will help you get connected. If you are in need of immediate support around food security, housing, mental health, social isolation and loneliness, this program is for you!

This program is intended for short-term support and to help assist in direct navigation of supports and programming. If you are looking for friendly phone calls or supports of that nature, please look at our Visiting and Social supports instead!
