Through our work in the community, we engage with lots of outreach and education! If you are looking for information and support around quality of life, compassion care, advanced care planning, and how to get connected – look no further!

We are able to provide education and resource support around how to improve your quality of life, be connected with your community and how to find programs and supports you need in your life! We are able to provide workplace education on how to engage in compassion care community work and can provide assistance in completing quality of life surveys for clients!

We have a dedicated team of volunteers and students that can help with education via in-person or virtual platforms! If you are looking for information on how to engage with the Compassion Care Community program, do not hesitate to reach out!
